college algebra question

I don't understand how sqrt((-sqrt(7)-sqrt(3))^2 + (sqrt(2) - (-sqrt(3)))^2 equals sqrt(15+2sqrt(21) +2sqrt(6) I don't know the steps to get from the first problem to the answer. So If the steps can be explained or demonstrated to me better?
