Find slope     (y1-y2) / (x1-x2)   = m =  (-5 - -4) /(-6 - -4)   =  -1/-2 =   1/2

y=mx+b

y = 1/2 x + b    sub in one of the points to find   'b'

-5 = 1/2(-6) + b

-5 = -3 + b       b = -2

 

y = 1/2 x  - 2
