+2

\((-2 + \sqrt{-12}) + (8 +\sqrt{-27})\)

\(-2+2\sqrt{-3} + 8 + 3\sqrt{-3}\)

Combine like terms.

=\(6+5\sqrt{-3}\)

The square root of negative one equals i, so take that out.

\(6+5i\sqrt{3}\)
