Hello, I am very confused on how to solve the following problem. I would be very grateful if someone could explain it to me.

"The units digit of a three-digit number is 6. What is the probability that the number is divisible by 6? Express your answer as a common fraction."

Every 5th multiple of 6   ends in '6'

from 100- 999 there are   900/6 = 150 multiples of 6 (is that right?) of which 1/5 end in 6 = 30

there are 10 x 9 = 90 numbers that end in '6'       30 out of 90   = 30/90 = 1/3 chance
