So....the radius of the circle on the blueprint = (1/10) (60) = 6 ft
And the center ofthe crcle is ( 15,30)
So.....the equation of the flower garden is
(x - 15)^2 + ( y - 30)^2 = 6^2
(x - 15)^2 + ( y - 30)^2 = 36
