Consider the rational function p=(5,125,000V2−449,000V+19307)/(125V2(1,000V−43))p=(5,125,000V2−449,000V+19307)/(125V2(1,000V−43)), what value of p is the horizontal asymptote of the function?

As |V| tends to infinity p tends to 5125000V2/125000V3 → 41/V → 0

So p = 0 is the value of the horizontal asymptote.
