LM  =sqrt  [ 4^2  + (1 - -2)^2 ]  =  sqrt  [ 4^2 + 3^2]  =  sqrt (25) =  5

MN  =  sqrt  [ (7 - - 2)^2  ]  =  sqrt [ 9^2 ]  =  9

NQ  = sqrt   [ ( 7-3)^2  + ( 4 - 0)^2 ] =  sqrt  [ 4^2 + 4^2  ]  =    4sqrt (2)

QL =  sqrt  [ ( 3 - 1)^2  + (4 - 4)^2   ]  =  sqrt [ 2^2]   =   2

Perimeter  =  5 + 9 + 2 + 4sqrt (2)   =    16  + 4sqrt (2)   units
