What are the coordinates of point B on Line AC such that AB is 3 times as long as BC? (Screenshots supplied to clarify)
I know that the length of BC is 2√103 : in decimal form is 2.10818510… but it is hard to find the cordinate
The length of AC = sqrt( 62 + 22 ) = 6.32455532
The length of BC = AC / 4 = 1.58113883
The coordinates of point B => B (3.5, 0.5)
