We have  the  equation

y = (-3/7)x  +  13

To  find  the x intercept , set  y  =  0   and  solve  for x

0   =   (-3/7)x  + 13

-13  = (-3/7) x

(-13)  /( -3/7)  = x

13  *  7  / 3    =  x

91/3   =   x intercept
