The slopes between any of the two lines must be equal

(7- -5) / (-1-3)    =   (y-7) / (-6 - -1)          now....simply solve for 'y'

    12 / -4           =    (y-7) / (-5)

-5 * 12/ -4         = y - 7

      15 = y-7

y = 22
