You toss two standard, fair, six-side dice.  There are 36 different results when tossing the two die.  How many of those 36 possibilities will result in a total value that is divisible by either two or three?  In other words, if you roll a 4 and 6 the total value is 10 and that is divisible by 2.  If you roll a 3 and a 4 the total value is 7 and that is not divisible by 2 or 3.
