$$\frac{1}{100,000,000,000}$$

I put the commas in so I could count the zeros.  there are 11 zeros so there is no perfect square root (because it is an odd number.)

$$\sqrt{\frac{1}{100,000,000,000}}\\\\
=\sqrt{\frac{1}{10,000,000,000\times 10}}\\\\\
=\frac{1}{\sqrt{10,000,000,000\times 10}}\\\\
=\frac{1}{\sqrt{10,000,000,000}\times \sqrt{10}}}\\\\
=\frac{1}{100,000\sqrt{10}}}\\\\
=\frac{1}{100,000\sqrt{10}}}\times\frac{\sqrt{10}}{\sqrt{10}}\\\\
=\frac{\sqrt{10}}{1,000,000}}\\\\$$

1/100000000000=1/10^11=1/[(10^5)^2*10]=1/100000*(10^-1)=squarer root of 10/1000000

note: suare root of 1/10=square root of 10/100=suare root of 10......../10
