A critcal point is a point in time at which something important, or very important, might or might NOT happen. In other words, it is "make or break" point.
A critical point is usually defined as a point on a graph of a curve where the derivative of the function = 0 or where the derivative does not exist.........note that the point must actually exist....!!!!
