This is the sum of a geometric progression GP Do you know about those?
a=15
r=1.15
n= 200
s=a ( r^n - 1) / (r-1)
s= 15 * ( 1.15^200 - 1 ) / 0.15
sum of all the costs = 1.37 * 10^14 This is a very big number.
