Lateral surface area = 2pi r * h

 

28 pi =   2pi * r * h

 

28  pi  = 2pi * r * h

 

28/2  = r * h

 

14/r =  h

 

Volume =  pi* r^2 * h

 

24pi =  pi * r^2  [ 14/r]

 

24   = r  * 14

 

(24/14)  = r

 

(12/7) (inches) = r
