Let 5 be 1, 7 = 2, 1 = 3,  4 = 4,  2 = 5,  8 = 6

The closest we can get to 2007 with 6 is with the number 334 which when multiplied by 6 is 2004. That makes a remainder of 3.

If the 6 mark as we said was 8, 3 more starting from the beginning would leave us with 1.

From here you can see it.

1 is the 2007th digit to the right of the decimal point in the decimal expansion of 4/7.

Answer = 1

I hope this helped!

4/7 ==0.5714285...........has a period of "6", which means it repeats every 6 digits after the decimal point.

2007 mod 6 ==3 - which means it is the 3rd digit after the decimal point, which is a "1"
