Describe how the graph m(x)=2 times the cubic root of x+2 shifts from the function h(x)= the cubic root of x?

Describe how the graph n(x)= the (negative square root of x-1) +8 shifts from the function h(x)= the square root of x?

Answers ASAP would be appreciated as this is for a test that I really don't understand.

$$m(x)=2x^{1/3}+2 \\

h(x)=x^{1/3}$$

Graph h(x) then multiply every y value by 2 to make the graph higher when y>0 and lower when y<0

+2 makes all the y values rise by two.
