how do I calculate the odds of rolling 2 6'ers in 6 rolls on a 6 sided dice?

Well, you have a 1/6 chance of rolling a 6 on a 6-sided die. Now, I'm assuming you mean exactly "2 6'ers in 6 rolls". 

So, you have a 5/6 chance of not rolling a 6. We only want a 6 twice, and thus a non-6 4 times, so we have the following:

\(\frac{1}{6} *\frac{1}{6} *\frac{5}{6} *\frac{5}{6} *\frac{5}{6} *\frac{5}{6} = \frac{625}{46656} = 0.0134\)

Hence, there is a 0.0134% chance of rolling exactly two 6's over 6 rolls of a 6-sided die.
