i have a problem that tells me to write a and solve an absolute value equation to find the minimum and maximum percent of voters (the other information is before it, just im not including it right now). my teacher told us a few "key phrases" to help us with where different numbers go in our equation, but none of the key phrases he told us was in it!

the key phrases i know already:

*varies no more

*accurate to within

*differs by

the whole problem is:

A poll estimates that 43% of likely voters are in favor of additional restrictions on teenage drivers. The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 4%. Write and solve and absolute value equation to find the minimum and maximum percent of voters that actually support the restictions.

Thank You!
