f(x)  = [4x^2 + 3] / x     using the Quotient Rule, we have

f '(x)  =  [x * ( 8x)  -  1 *(4x^2 + 3) ]  / x^2  =

[ 8x^2 - 4x^2  - 3 ]  / x^2   =

[ 4x^2  - 3 ] / x^2  =

4 - 3/x^2

cool cool cool
