What are the coordinates of the image of the point (-6,-2) after a dilation by a scale factor of 3 with the origin as the center of dilation, followed by a translation over the y-axis?

Multiply the co-ordinates by 3 and you get (-18, -6)
Now should that be a REFLECTION over the y axis? because translation makes no sense.
If I reflect it I get across the y axis I ger (+18,-6)
