how do you do the distance formula

You can use this to get the Distance:

Speed=Distance travelled/ Time. So, if a car is driving at 60 miles per hour, and it travels for 5 hours non-stop, then from above formula you have: Distance travelled=speed per hour X number of hours travelled=60 X 5=300 miles travelled, which your Distance.
