What is the domain of the real-valued function f(x) = (2x - 7)/sqrt(x^2 - 7x + 6)?

It is all x   EXCEPT values of x that make the denominator = 0

 

denominator factors to

(x  -1)(x -6)     so x cannot = 1 or 6

*** edit ****     denominator cannot be negative either   ( no neg sqrt )    which is from 1 to 6

(-∞,1)  U (6, +∞)
