It's not clear to me exactly what you are after, but:

 

Potential energy is given by:  PE = mgh

Kinetic energy is given by:  KE = (1/2)mv^2     where v is velocity

PE + KE = constant

 

Also, note that power is rate of change of energy, so should your question really be expressed in terms of power?
