Five times a number is divided by 7 more than the number. If the result is 0, then what was the original number?

Assigning the original as the variable n.

Turning the words into an equation we get 5n/(n+7) = 0.

The only way for 5n/(n+7) to equal 0 is when 5n = 0.
So I believe the original number is 0.
