I need help with this question: What is the point-slope form of the line passing through (2, -12) and parallel to y=3x?

y - 12 = -1/3(x + 2)

y + 12 = -1/3(x - 2)

y + 12 = 3(x - 2)

y + 12 = -3(x - 2)
