Working with only the denominator:

3²⁰¹²·3² - 3²⁰¹²·3¹ - 3²⁰¹²  =  3²⁰¹²·(3² - 3¹ - 1)  =   3²⁰¹²·(9 - 3 - 1)  =  3²⁰¹²·(5)
