-4/x^-6 is the awnser simplifyed x^6/4?
The -4 is just a number, it is not an indice, so you leave it alone.
\(\frac{-4}{x^{-6}}\\=\frac{-4}{1*x^{-6}}\\ \mbox{Only the x is raised to a negative indice}\\\mbox{ so only the x term is swapped to the other side to the fraction line.}\\ \frac{-4}{x^{-6}}=\frac{-4*x^{+6}}{1}=-4x^6\)
