Factoring... Help!!!

x^3 - 7x + 6x = 0    simplify

x^3 - x = 0             factor

x ( x^2 - 1)     =

x(x + 1) (x - 1) = 0

Setting each factor to 0 and solving for x   produces  

x = 0        x = -1       and    x = 1

Maybe that was meant to be

x^3 -7x^2+6x = 0   ?    factor out 'x'

x (x^2-7x+6) =0    factor

x (x -6)(x-1)= 0      

Set each factor = 0 and solve for 'x'   =     0    6     1
