Equate potential energy at height h,  m*g*h,  with kinetic energy as you hit the ground, {1/2)m*v^2

(1/2)m*v^2 = m*g*h

v^2 = 2*g*h

v = sqrt(2*g*h)

v = sqrt(2*9.8*22) ≈ 20.77m/s
