If the secant = 2,  this would be where the cosine = 1/2 = a 60° degree angle in the first quadrant and the 4th quadrant.

And the cot (60°) =  1/√3  = √3 /3 

And the cot of a 60° angle in the 4th quadrant (i.e., 330°) is  (- √3 /3)
