We have: $b=4a, c=5a-17, a=a$ .

Since the interior angles in a triangle sum to $180^\circ$ , we have $4a+5a-17+a=180, 10a-17=180, 10a=197, a=19.7, b=19.7*4=78.8$ and $c=81.5$ .
