This isn't as difficult as it seems

8^(-9)  = 8^(-6) + ?       can be written as

1 / 8^9  =   1/8^6  + ?      subtract   1/8^6  from both sides

1 / 8^9  -  1 / 8^6  =  ?      getting a common demoninator on the right we have

[ 1 -  8^3 ] / 8^9  =  ?

-511/ 134,217,728 = ?
