Find the point on the terminal side of θ = negative three pi divided by four that has an x coordinate of -1. Show your work for full credit. Please help I need the answer asap and very confused!

tan (-3pi/ 4)   = 1   so we have

 

tan (-3pi/4)  =  y/ x  =  y / -1

 

1   =   y / -1       multiply both sides by -1

 

-1   = y

 

So....the point  is   (-1, -1)
