Note that the area of triangle AEB =(1/2) AB * EB =(1/2) ( 18) (6) = 54 (1)
And the area of triangle ADF = (1/2) AD * height of 4 = (1/2) (10)(4) = 20 (2)
So [ DBEF ] = (1) - (2) = 54 - 20 = 34
