A vertical wheel with radius 50 cm rotates about an axle that is 60 cm above the ground. A marker is placed at the top of the wheel. The wheel completes one rotation every 4 s.

For the graph of the cosine function, identify the: period, phase shift, equation of the centre line, and amplitude. Explain how each characteristic relates to the conditions in the problem.

I'm having some trouble finding these characteristics. I think it's because "a vertical wheel" is a concept that confuses me. I imagine a wheel that's spinning horizontally (if that makes sense), with it's face facing up.

The textbook got a period of 4, phase shift of 0, centre line of 60, and amplitude of 50. How can I get these numbers?
