Just gather the 'like ' terms   (or 'alike' terms)

2x^2 - 4x^2     +      5x + 6x     +    -7+3

     -2x2              +         11x               - 4

Rewrite the second polynomial as

-4x^2 + 6x  + 3

So we have

2x^2  + 5x  - 7

-4x^2 + 6x + 3

____________

Can you finish it  ????
