Because it's a small sample size, use a t-test.

Formula: t = (x-bar - mean) / (s / sqrt(n) )

From table of t-values: t = +/- 2.977 (use df = 14, two tails)

2.977 = (x-bar - 52) / (3.2 / sqrt(15) ) --> x-bar = 54.5

-2.977 = (x-bar - 52 ) / ( 3.2 / sqrt(15) --> x-bar = 49.5
