a ball is dropped from a height of 6m.

after each bounce it rises to 2/3 of its previous height.

what height will it be after its third bounce?

Would you please be able to solve this showing full method and explain your work as I have been given this question and I haven't a clue! Thanks.

The height after the  3rd bounce is given  by  :

8 (2/3)^3  = 64/27 ft ≈  2.37 ft
