4/7 of my balloons are blue. I have 16 blue balloons. How many balloons do I have altogether?
We first divide 16/4 to find out how many ballons is each 1/7.
Then we mutiply the 16/4 which is 4x7 = 28
He has 28 ballons total.
4/7 * x = 16 where x is total
x = 16 * 7/4 = 28 total
