fractions!!! please help asap

so 0.024 is basically 24/1000
simplify that by dividing both the numerator and denominator by 8
that gives u 3/125 as the simplest fraction

If you ever encounter this problem again, and you have a TI-84 calculator, type in the decimal, press math, make sure you're in the tab 'math', choose 'frac>', and press enter twice.
It will give you the fraction in simplest form.
