Thanks guest for that good answer......here's another way to look at it

The ratio  of "B" to "A'  =   12/5    ....so.....

12/5  = x / 44      cross-multiply

528 = 5x      divide both sides by 5

x = 105.6 cups of "B"

Just as guest found !!!!

I wish y'all would be a little more careful with your questions!

We'll set this up as a ratio of b:a

1 1/5  /  1/2 =  ?/44    Multiply both sides by 44 to get :

1 1/5  /  1/2      x 44 = ?    then do the math

6/5 /  1/2     x 44

6/5 x 2/1 x 44 =  12/5 x 44 = 105.6 cups of 'B':
