Tn = 3w/10 + 4

 

T1 = 3 * 0 / 10 + 4

     = 4

T2 = 3 * 10 / 10 + 4

    = 7

T3 = 3 * 20 / 10 + 4

    = 10

T4 = 3 * 30 / 10 + 4

    = 13

T5 = 13 + 3 = 16

We notice that the pattern increases by 3 when n increases by 1.

 

So the T chart is:
