Let f(x) = x - 3 for x > -2, and f(x) = 2x - 1 for x < -2. (f(x) is not defined at x = -2.) Which integer is not in the range of f(x)?

This is easy since -2 is not in the domain of f(x) we can just put -2 as x in one of the equations to find the number that's not in the range -2 - 3 is -5 we can check using the other equation 2(-2) - 1 is -4 - 1 is -5 so we know the answer is -5
