f(x) =   2 / ( 2 - 3x)

Range :   We have  [ lower power polynomial / higher power polynomial]....when this happens  we have a horizontal asymptote   at  y =  0

So, the range is  [ -inf, 0) U (0, inf)

Domain :  Whatever x value makes the denominator =  0  is NOT  in the  domain

So

2- 3x  =  0

2= 3x

x = 2/3

Domain =  (-inf , 2/3) U ( 2/3 , inf)
