If $\&x$ is defined as $\&x = x + 5$ and $\#x$ is defined as  $\#x = x^2$, what is the value of $\#(\&4)$?

Clearly, &4=9. Then, #9=81. Sp #(&4)=81.

To explain:

We first calculate &4, and then we mo ve on and calculate the # of the output of &4.

In other words this is #(4+5) which is #9 which is 81.
