____________  =        ______       a "hole"  occurs when  x - 3  = 0  ⇒   x  =   3 

(2x + 3) (x - 3)              2x - 3

 

And the y coordinate  of this point  is

______  =         _____   =      ____      so....the "hole"   is  at    (3, 1/3)

2(3) + 3                9                    3

 

We have a horizontal asymptote at    y  = 1/2
