When your problem says h(10) it means plug in 10 wherever there's an x...

 

I'll demonstrate.

 

h(10) = -7 (10 - 3)^2

 

Let's clean up that (10-3):

 

h(10) = -7 (7)^2

 

And impliment that square:

 

h(10) = -7 (49)

 

And your answer is....

 

h(10) = -343
