36 = 7x - 6 Add 6 to both sides of the equation
36 + 6 = 7x
42 = 7x Now divide both sides by 7 to find 'x' .....got it?
-36 = 7x - 6 add 6 to both sides
-30 = 7x divide both sides by 7
-30 / 7 = x
