Circle-insribed angles intercept an arc which is twice as big as the angle    so QRS = 57*2 = 114

    then arc SPQ = 360 - 114 = 246 degrees     this arc is intercepted by angle QRS and is TWICE the angle QRS

        and then angle QRS =   1/2  * 246 = 123 degrees
